User Interface Designer
Konverge is currently seeking a talented User Interface Designer. The successful
candidate will become a key member of the software development team that is focused
on deploying innovative Web and Windows applications. The User Interface Designer,
together with various project team members, builds prototype user interface designs
for usability implementation by the .Net and PHP developers. You will be involved
with the usability of our products throughout its entire development life cycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years experience in user interface design, with specific expertise
with web-based applications
- Strong Graphical Design skills and web graphics production capability
- Must be proficient in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Silverlight and
SharePoint Designer
- Knowledge of HTML,CSS, XML, XSLT and Java Script, JQuery
- Working experience on CMS i,e SharePoint, DNN, PHPNuke, Joomla, etc
- Experience with interactive design including UI and mobile
- Extensive knowledge of web design fundamentals, including user-centered design process,
information design, visual design, and industry UI standards
- Demonstrated grasp of UI development and design tools
- Experience with usability testing
- Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively
with others in a cross-functional team
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills (both oral and written) including
effective presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based

Quality Assurance Analyst
As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused
on understanding and validating technical solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
You will be a part of a close team of professionals that play a key role in implementing
solutions and delivering results in a collaborative environment. Skills:
- Ability to take accountability for major project deliverables; and ensure quality
and timeliness of end results.
- Ability to clearly communicate and explain technical implications to business stakeholders
and project sponsors.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner within the timeframe established .
- Strong Analytical skills that can be applied towards defining technical specifications,
analyzing requirements and troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Ability to anticipate problems in advance and provide ideas and solutions to minimize
risks.
- Ability to communicate test findings effectively with Developers and to interpret
technical instructions from developers.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Actively participate in the full SDLC for a customer product delivery such as: Requirements
Gathering, Business Analysis, Documentation, Testing and Support; ensuring compliance
with Customer Delivery Process methodology.
- Create Test Case design artifacts including: test strategy, test plan, test cases
and traceability documents.
- Execute test activities and provide test case results, test summary results and
release notes.
- Learn and understand customer’s business needs.
- Test and verify custom implementation before delivery for customer acceptance testing.
(UAT)
- Provide guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on issues such
as functionality, performance, scalability, reliability and security.
Beneficial Skills:
- Formal training in Quality Assurance methodologies and practices would be considered
an asset.
- Candidate should have 2 to 3 years in Quality Assurance experience and cross-functional
experience.
- Experience using defect tracking tools, Database and Application Clustering and
Load Testing is an asset. Ability to use a Database Tool to view/modify data during
issue investigation would be an asset.

You possess

SharePoint Specialists
We are looking for SharePoint specialists to join our growing team. A minimum of
2 years experience with SharePoint and .NET technologies is required. Candidates
should have strong business communication skills, SharePoint application implementation
experience and broad exposure to web application technologies (SharePoint, .NET,
ISA, IRM, and SQL). In addition, academic exposure to business information technology
is required and practical experience implementing SharePoint solutions would be
an asset. Working with SharePoint technologies on a day-to-day basis, you will apply

Requirements
