Since July of 2004 we have retained the services of <konvergeandknow> to assist us with the design, development and deployment of a fully integrated suite of business solutions for our recently established Private Client Division. This suite included front and back office applications as well as a public and secure client web site (www.gmpprivateclient.com). <konvergeandknow> completed the design and development of technologies required to integrate these applications as well as full development responsibility for our Private Client web site.

Thanks to Konverge’s efforts our field was automated in Jan 2001. The result of this automation allowed us to reduce the call center operational hours and reduced our field service non-value added time originally spent waiting for dispatch to answer their calls.
