A published author an avid speaker in the community, Mr. Armstrong maintains a keen interest in lifelong learning programs and has been involved in several local training initiatives.
Operations Manager: Sonia Rivera
Sonia has been described as a "results driven" manager known for “getting things done.” She works collaboratively with the project team to ensure the Konverge Solutions Framework is followed and projects are delivered on time and budget. Sonia’s expertise lies in understanding our client’s overall business software objectives and needs, the strengths of the team and Konverge’s ability to deliver on our promises to the client.
Product Delivery Manager: Ali Syed Ozair
Ali heads up the Product Delivery Team, consisting of a core group of Project Managers who follow the Konverge Process to manage the scope, schedule and resources needed to deliver a product that reflects the optimal
software solution for the client. This diverse group of seasoned professionals contributes to the ongoing refinement of our internal processes to ensure that best practices are continually employed.
