As Chairman of the Board of Konverge, Charles Armstrong leads us in the progression of developing innovative solutions and their implementation in organizations of all sizes.
A published author an avid speaker in the community, Mr. Armstrong maintains a keen interest in lifelong learning programs and has been involved in several local training initiatives.
Business Development Manager: Uri Lederman
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving Business Development opportunities, for understanding and developing account plans, while developing and implementing specific value propositions for our clients. His expertise lies in understanding our client’s overall business objectives, risk and quality strategies, as well as, to oversee the successful delivery of all projects.
Solutions Development Manager: Ares Nicolaou
The Solutions Development Manager is responsible for creating program architectures and guiding the software development process of a team of developers that clearly and completely meet the expectations of the client.
Product Delivery Team: Ali Syed Ozair, Steve Russell
The Product Delivery Team consists of a core group of Project Managers who follow the Konverge Process to manage the scope, schedule and resources needed to deliver a product that reflects the optimal Solution for the client. This diverse group of seasoned professionals contributes to the ongoing refinement of our internal processes to ensure that best practices are continually employed.
Customer Experience Manager: Kathy Klotz
The Customer Experience Manager works collaboratively with the project team to enhance the overall experience of Konverge’s partners. Her expertise lies in understanding our client’s overall business objectives, the strengths of the team and Konverge’s ability to deliver on our promises to the client.
