As Chairman of the Board of Konverge, Charles Armstrong leads us in the progression of developing innovative
custom software applications and their implementation in organizations of all sizes.
A published author an avid speaker in the community, Mr. Armstrong maintains a keen interest in lifelong learning programs and has been involved in several local training initiatives.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing: Chris Chambers
Chris Chambers has been described as a "results driven" senior executive known for “getting things done.” Chris has joined Konverge as Vice -President of Sales and Marketing. His primary role will be to use his extensive business experience and entrepreneurial spirit to help staff realize their potential through a creative and practical approach to new opportunities. Chris will execute on a growth strategy that will position the company for further expansion.
With a superb technology background, including 25 years in the industry, Chris has an eye for innovative technologies and has brought his expertise to help Konverge become the leader in business driven custom software development.
Product Delivery Team: Ali Syed Ozair, Steve Russell
The Product Delivery Team consists of a core group of Project Managers who follow the Konverge Process to manage the scope, schedule and resources needed to deliver a product that reflects the optimal software solution for the client. This diverse group of seasoned professionals contributes to the ongoing refinement of our internal processes to ensure that best practices are continually employed.

The Customer Experience Manager works collaboratively with the project team to enhance the overall experience of Konverge’s partners. Her expertise lies in understanding our client’s overall
business software objectives and needs, the strengths of the team and Konverge’s ability to deliver on our promises to the client.
