For the past 2 decades, Mr. Armstrong has been the President of S.A. Armstrong Limited; a 70 year old international manufacturer recently voted one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.
As Chairman of the Board of Konverge, Charles Armstrong leads us in the progression of developing innovative custom software applications and their implementation in organizations of all sizes.
A published author an avid speaker in the community, Mr. Armstrong maintains a keen interest in lifelong learning programs and has been involved in several local training initiatives.
Director of Operations: Sonia Couto
Sonia has been part of the Konverge family since 2007, she has been described as a "results driven" manager known for “getting things done.”
She works collaboratively with the project team to ensure the Konverge Solutions Framework is followed and projects are delivered on time and budget.
Sonia’s expertise lies in understanding our client’s overall business software objectives and needs, the strengths of the team and Konverge’ s ability to
deliver on our promises to the client. She oversees the day to day activities of the company, monitors revenue margins and worker productivity, implementing
new directives for growth, set parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating.
Product Manager: Bashar Hudhud
A graduate from the University of Guelph Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering honours program, Bashar works closely with the
technical staff as well as Konverge customers in order to help shape and refine the Konverge product line. Serving as a liaison between the Konverge
clients and the in house engineering team, Bashar is responsible for ensuring that the expectations of the users and market demands are properly translated and implemented into the product.
Development Manager: Michael Kapinski
Michael is responsible for managing the delivery of software product features and releases while building, testing and reviewing software that provides
customers with sophisticated and user-friendly technology. He is responsible for managing and coordinating Konverge’ s resources and processes to deliver
software while helping to define the vision, definition and strategy for the development team by driving project initiatives that deliver on the Konverge vision.
Project Manager: Igor Pantchenko
Igor is responsible for assigned projects, including management of scope plan, timeline, budget, communications and resources needed to deliver a
product that reflects the optimal software solution for the client. He participates in driving strategic direction, overall project view, implementation
planning and deployment. Set objectives, optimize team structure and work closely with management to guide and direct projects to conclusion. Igor holds a
Bachelor of Science, B.Sc., Computer Science along with his PMP and MCPD.
Senior Solution Consultant: Basit Khurshid
Basit is a Senior Developer with over 10 years of experience in software development and business intelligence solutions. He is a determined, dynamic,
team player who welcomes challenging problems that require strong analytical and problem solving skills. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
Basit currently heads our Business Intelligence practice, where his skills in understanding the dynamics of data structures, coupled with his significant
business acumen, help him architect and build some of the most complex yet user-friendly analytics and reporting solutions.
