Make your mark and grow with Toronto’s Leading Custom Software Development Company

At Konverge, we create custom software solutions that solve real problems for businesses across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and beyond. Since 1994, we’ve been turning complex challenges into elegant digital products.

We’re looking for talented people who want to do meaningful work.

Our team develops custom software, mobile applications, and SaaS products for clients who need solutions built right. We handle everything from initial concept through deployment and long-term support. Every project gets the attention it deserves, and every line of code serves a purpose.

You’ll work on projects that span industries. One month you might build a nutrition analysis platform for food manufacturers. The next, you could be creating digital inspection software for mining operations. The variety keeps things interesting.

People who succeed at Konverge share a few traits. They care about craft. They ask good questions. They take ownership of their work and see projects through to completion.

You don’t need to know everything, but you should want to learn. Technology changes fast, and we value curiosity over credentials. If you can solve problems and communicate clearly, you’ll fit in.

We follow a process-driven methodology because it works. Requirements gathering, feasibility studies, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Each phase matters.

That said, we’re not rigid. Good ideas come from anywhere, and we encourage everyone to contribute. Your voice matters here, whether you’re proposing a new feature or suggesting a better way to structure our code reviews.

Working at Konverge means joining a team that’s been refining its craft for over 30 years. You’ll have access to:

  • Challenging projects across multiple industries
  • A collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing is standard
  • Opportunities to work with modern technologies and frameworks
  • Direct interaction with clients and stakeholders
  • Professional development support
  • A team that values work-life balance

We’re a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner, which means you’ll have access to enterprise-grade tools and resources. Our office is located at 400 University Ave. in Toronto, putting you in the heart of the city’s tech scene.

Our Toronto office gives you space to focus and collaborate when needed. We believe in face-to-face communication for complex problems and quiet time for deep work. You’ll find a balance of both here.

The team is small enough that you’ll know everyone’s name and what they’re working on. Large enough that you’ll have specialists to learn from in every discipline.

We deliver on time and on budget because our clients depend on us. We build scalable solutions because short-term thinking creates long-term problems. We provide transparent project management because surprises help no one.

These aren’t poster slogans. They’re how we operate every day.
