Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is a client-facing role focusing on working directly with stakeholders to collect business requirements, prepare functional specifications, prototype defined functionality, and assist in the organization’s overall sales process. Your primary function will be to gather client requirements for existing and new projects and support the sales team.

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Performing requirements analysis

Social Media Content Producer

This position will be responsible for creating engaging content for B2B, primarily video, for Konverge and two of its products across our social media channels. Reporting to the Design and Marketing Manager, this role will mainly involve the creation of video, photos, graphics, channels, social posts, and podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit video, graphics, and motion-based content optimized for various platforms.
  • Support Content Marketing team to ensure social and online video ideas relate back to content strategy and channel plans.
  • Help develop new content segments, templates
  • Test new channel and platform features, and proactively seek opportunities and partnerships to improve digital/social storytelling through video.
  • Help create original social video content segments and templates to streamline short video content based on established assets.
  • Identify the opportunities for how social media can enhance a campaign, support executions of strategic initiatives, increase overall engagement and contribute to the totality of an experience.
  • Help ensure the brand voice is used consistently across all channels.


Digital Content Producer: Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3 + years in social and online video production or related
  • Writing and producing skills.
  • Good editorial judgement
  • Knowledge of industry best-practices, including content delivery standards and usability
  • Strong skills in industry-standard Adobe CC photo, audio and video editing software. This position requires strong graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
  • Must have previous experience working with digital design, advertising and/or marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, including proper social guidelines/specs, formats.
  • Knowledge of social advertising tools.
  • Ability to interpret social outcomes and address results to determine improvements and innovations.
  • Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from managers.

Custom Sales Account Executive

We build web and mobile solutions for clients to automate their business needs by utilizing the latest tech stack. Our clients are generally small to mid-size businesses and some startups across Canada and the US that do not have sufficient in-house expertise in project management, IT and software development.

Your role will be to establish new business relationships and, develop opportunities with clients through the entire sales cycle. You are a technically minded individual who has the desire and ability to learn about your customers’ needs in order to provide custom solutions. This position will focus primarily on custom-build applications and system integration projects.

In this role, you will be managing inbound leads as well as hunting to build a sales pipeline. You will work with our marketing team to develop new strategies and contribute to our podcast and other social media outlets.

Software Quality Assurance Tester

This includes managing relationships with management, business interface partners and peers. The position will be responsible for performing software quality assurance testing and creating automated script. The individual will act as subject matter expert on the development of testing approaches, methodologies, requirements and the creation of test automation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients and all levels of management, peers.
  • Test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and working well under pressure and produce high quality products.
  • Must have attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Follow testing strategy and recommend process and work product improvements.
  • Document and analyze test results, produce status reports, and assist with defect management process.

  • Develop and execute manual and automated scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing.

You must be an experienced account executive with a “hunter” profile and an established network of contacts in the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Mining, and Construction industries.
